One of the most versatile Pakistani actresses Mehwish Hayat condemns the US airstrike in Iraq causing the miserable death of Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani.

Actress Mehwish Hayat expresses her opinion on Friday the 3rd day January 2020, that it is the increasing animosity towards another that leads the world to face the possible war and its consequences shortly after the New Year begins.

She also said on microblogging website “Can’t believe that just 72 hours into 2020 & the world is already teetering on the edge of war,”

“Can’t believe that just 72 hours into 2020 & the world is already teetering on the edge of war. I guess this is what happens when the “leader of the free world” takes unilateral decisions without regard for international laws. This isn’t just abt Iran & USA. God protect us #Soleimani”, she wrote on Twitter.

She further added to the reference of US President Trump that to her all such situations have occurred when the sovereigns of the free world disregard international laws. Unfortunately, taking the unilateral decision and it is not only restricted to Iran or the USA.

“I guess this is what happens when the “leader of the free world” takes unilateral decisions without regard for international laws. This isn’t just abt Iran &USA. God protect us #Soleimani,” Mehwish’s thought on Twitter.

A user target Mehwish part of condemnation while replying, questioned regarding the female capabilities to be aware of the global affairs.

“Giving response to that user Pakistani actress lashes and retorted “Joan of Arc, Cleopatra, Margaret Thatcher, Benazir Bhutto to name a few! It’s about time you come out of that little hole you’re living in and smell the coffee”.
