LAHORE: Renowned actress Mizna Waqas has revealed a bitter experience of working alongside veteran actor Rashid Farooqui.
A short but old video clip of the actress has recently gone viral on social media. The clip is from an interview she gave to a private TV channel.
During the interview, Mizna Waqas recounted an unpleasant incident that occurred during a shoot, sharing the details with viewers.
“I couldn’t cry in that scene even after using glycerin,” Mizna recalled. “That’s when Rashid Farooqui began shouting and verbally abusing me on set.”
“He threw a cup and yelled, ‘What kind of low-quality actors are brought in to work with me? How am I supposed to act like this?’ It was so upsetting that I started crying not for the scene, but because of the humiliation.”
