Child Registration Certificate or B-form is issued by the National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) for all minors of Pakistan.

Child Registration Certificate is a means of registering a new born with NADRA record. It is the important right of a child to get a registration certificate from the place of origin. NADRA has been able to automate and in turn ease the process of obtaining Child Registration Certificates.

CRC can be engaged by providing documented proof of child birth from union council. Parent is mandatory to be a holder of National Identity Card (NIC)/National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).

As per the rules, parents need to register their children within 3 months of their birth.

NADRA B-Form Fee April 2024

As of April 2024, B-Form can be get by paying Rs50 regular fee while NADRA also offers executive services at rate of Rs500.

B-Form Application process

-First, you need to visit the nearest NADRA office with the computerized birth certificate of the child, attended by also one parent or a court-appointed guardian.

-If both parents are present, one will be the candidate, and the other will act as a verifier.

-If only one parent is available, the application form must be proved by a Gazetted Officer or public representative (MNAs, MPAs, or officials from municipal bodies).

-The presence of the child is compulsory for the identity card.

-Capture the child’s photograph, and fingerprints for children aged 10 and above.
