Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah held a meeting with the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) delegation in which they called for further tightening the lockdown.
Health Minister Dr Azra Pechoho, Advisor Murtaza Wahab, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Sindh, Sajid Jamal Abroo, Secretary Health Zahid Abbasi, CM Focal Person Najam Shah and Additional Secretary Health Fayaz Abbasi Dr Qaiser Sajjad, Dr. Dr. Sharif Hashmi were also present. during the meeting.
The PMA delegation presented various proposals to the Chief Minister during the meeting, which called for bringing PGs into practical training, including tightening lockdown.

The delegation requested the Chief Minister to keep Corona viruspatients completely separate from the trait care hospitals as patients suffering from cardiac and other diseases due to coronavirus are suffering from anxiety and mental stress.
The delegation said that Lockdown aims to reduce the spread of the disease, and we must prepare to contain it in the meantime.
Chief Minister Sindh said, “We need the guidance of the PMA and other experts. We have also built a hospital in Gadap.”
The Chief Minister directed the PMA delegation to set up a SOP and said that the doctors who run the clinic should run the SOP.
Chief Minister Sindh said that he would also like to introduce the concept of tele-clinic, in which we need an assistance of Pakistan Medical Association will help us.
