LHC directs ANF to submit response in Rana Sana Case
The Lahore High Court has issued a notice to the Anti-Narcotics Force and directed it to submit the response on the bail plea filed by former Law Minister Punjab Rana Sanaullah in the drug smuggling case.
As per the details, Lahore High Court Justice Chaudhry Mushtaq Ahmad Khan heard the petition on bail, Azam Tarar appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.
ANF Investigation Officer was made a part of Rana Sanaullah’s bail application.
In the bail petition filed by Rana Sanaullah, he stated that he has been strongly criticizing the government, for which he is being revenged by the authorities.
He argued that the government has made a false case against him and justice must be delivered soon.
The petitioner requested that the order be released on bail in the drug smuggling case.
