Following the call of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Overseas Pakistanis are playing their part to assist the government in fight against coronavirus, by depositing amount in PM’s Coronavirus Relief Fund.
Families that can’t make their ends meet are in dire need of support. Smallest donation you make will help a family support themselves for a month and get themselves back on their feet.
If you are living abroad, and want to assist Pakistani government in combat against Covid-19;
Here is how you can donate in PM’s Coronavirus Relief Fund.
Visit https://covid.ophrd.gov.pk/
When you will access the website, a box will appear on the left side of the main screen.
You can donate the amount to the needy ones with just only three steps.
Step 1
SELECT THE AMOUNT
The box is divided into three categories, with “Select the amount” as the first one.
You have to then select the amount you want to donate.
$35 dollars is the minimum amount to select while if you want to donate more; you have the following options.
$100, $350, $2500, $5000, $10000 or other amount
After selecting the amount you wish to donate, move to select the number of months.
Either you wish to donate for one month, two months, or three months, it totally depends as per your ease.
If you wish to add medication amount, you may pay $15 more or simply skip by selecting option “NO”

PM’s Appeal
Earlier Prime Minister Imran Khan appealed to the Overseas to help Pakistan during this critical time of COVID19 pandemic by donating generously to PM’s Coronavirus relief fund.

How much donated till now?
It is pertinent to mention that Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari said 900 affluent expatriates had donated Rs45 million in the PM’s COVID-19 Relief Fund via his ministry’s web portal.
He said the philanthropists from 45 countries had donated generously since the launching of the portal. Most of the donors were from the United Kingdom and United States.
Zulfikar Bukhari said a large number of overseas Pakistanis had taken responsibility for the ration of 2,400 families during the last 24 hours.
