How to Apply for a New Smart ID Card
You can apply for your new smart NIC by visiting either the NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or the Pak Identity website.You can request your Smart National Identity Card (SNIC) through the Pak Identity website and opt for home delivery. However, it's not possible to apply for a new CNIC directly through the website.
