The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) oversees tests, exams, and interviews for government posts in the province. It also assists in recruiting for positions in provincial government bodies or corporations.
Candidates apply online through the PPSC website after vacancies are advertised. The PPSC then assigns roll numbers and administers tests or exams for these vacancies.
A mandatory fee must be deposited into the PPSC account for the application process.
The fee structure, as of June 2024, entails Rs600 for one-paper MCQ tests and Rs1,000 for competitive exams. Candidates with disabilities and PPSC employees are exempt from these fees.
To submit the application fee, candidates can use the following mediums:

- Mobile phone banking
- Internet banking
- Over-the-counter transactions at 1Link Member Banks
- Microfinance banks like JAZZ Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa, and others.
