Talking about Dil E Nadan, Amar khan said, "I don’t know why, but it’s shocking that everyone is asking me the same question: “Are you that innocent and humble in real life?” Well, that girl in the drama comes from a very humble background, and also wears a hijab. As an actor, it’s my job to perform any kind of character, but I don’t understand why people don’t believe that I’m innocent. I’m even more innocent in real life"

Speaking about the recent trolling over her tight ponytail hairdo, She said, "I had a tight ponytail, and my forehead became quite visible with that particular hairstyle. People trolled me for it, with many saying that I had undergone some procedure on my forehead. I read long statuses from celebrities supporting me, but I didn’t respond to the trolling. Vasay Chaudhary also said, "why would anyone go with a procedure that will make forehead visible, people take other procedures to cover the baldness or forehead".
