Pushing for diversity in Hollywood and contributing to the improvement of filmmaking in Pakistan, he has played a significant role. Soon, he will be appearing in "Umro Ayyar", set to release on Eid ul Adha.

As a guest on a show, Faran Tahir shared his favorite co-stars from Hollywood. He expressed admiration for Jodie Foster, Jeff Bridges, and Robert Downey Jr., highlighting their professionalism. Tahir also recounted his experience working with Stallone and Schwarzenegger, emphasizing their dedication. He revealed that for a scene requiring them to climb a staircase 35 times, they both endured it with painkiller injections, showcasing their commitment to their craft.

He also discusses the salary he earns from Hollywood films. He said that “it mostly depends on the budget of the film. For any big budget movie, he charges 1-2% of the budget amount as his fee.”
