Israeli airstrikes in Yemen killed nine people on Thursday, according to sources.
Seven people died in a strike on Salif port, and two more were killed in attacks on the Ras Issa oil facility, both in Yemen's western Hodeidah province. The airstrikes also targeted two power stations near Sanaa, the capital.
The Israeli military confirmed targeting Houthi military sites, including ports and energy infrastructure, stating these were used for military purposes.
Earlier in the day, Israel reported intercepting a missile launched from Yemen. The Houthi movement has carried out attacks on international shipping since November, claiming solidarity with Palestinians amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.
