Staying in bed can make you earn £24,000

Crafted Beds, a premium bed company, is looking for a mattress tester who will be paid £24,000 to snooze in one of its designs.

The company has stated that the lucky new employee will be given a new high-quality mattress to test each week, and applications are only accessible to UK residents.

Brian Dillon, Marketing Manager at Crafted Beds, “we’re extremely excited to launch this role as customer satisfaction means the utmost to us.”

“Whilst we have glowing reviews from our existing shoppers, we want to ensure that this continues, and hiring a mattress tester is a part of this strategy. This role will be an integral part of the Crafted Beds team,” he added.

The candidate will be required to provide a weekly written report on each new mattress that the corporation will supply to the tester’s home.

On the other hand, a startup in India is providing a “sleep internship” for sleep lovers. The company pays a 1 lac Indian rupee for 9 hours of sleep every day for 100 days.

Last year, the mattress company has offered internships to 23 interns last year (out of 1.7 lac candidates).
