While travelling down the highway in Australia, a brown tree snake slithered into the engine of a woman’s automobile and appeared through the dashboard.
The woman pulled over and dialled the number for reptile expert Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers, who greeted her on the side of the road. The woman was travelling at roughly 68 miles per hour when she saw the snake. As snakes like to hide in the car’s engine room because it provides them with refuge and a warm place.

In a video posted to the Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers Facebook page, a company representative looked for the snake in the car’s engine and was ultimately able to capture it after it coiled itself around the car’s tyres.

According to Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 said, “If you ever have a snake in your engine bay or come out on the windscreen, the best thing to do is pull over safely and turn the car off and give your local snake catcher like us a call!”
