After a gunshot bounces off his phone with a ‘The Hulk’ themed cover, a Brazilian guy survives an armed robbery.
Doctors at the University Hospital in Brazil assumed the worst when they learned that a victim had been shot during an armed robbery.
The victim, however, amazingly escaped the shooting because the bullet was deflected by his phone, which had a Hulk-themed cover.
A doctor caring for the nameless guy described the story in a tweet, along with photos of the phone that saved his life.
He commented, “And the patient who was admitted to the ER after being shot in a robbery and the bullet ended up in his cell phone,” with over 6000 likes, the tweet has gone viral.

The doctor said, giving an update on the patient’s condition, “A lot of people asking about the patient. He had a small bruise at the site. Already discharged home.”

According to the media, the event occurred in Petrolina, Pernambuco, Brazil, where the nameless guy was allegedly shot by muggers who left the scene before police arrived.
After then, the man was transported to the hospital to be examined for injuries.
Doctors discovered that the bullet had grazed the victim’s hip and been stopped by his Motorola phone, which was, coincidentally, wrapped in a case portraying Marvel Comics fictitious character “The Hulk,” whose skin is supposed to be unbreakable, making it bulletproof.
Despite the fact that the man was startled by the incident, the doctor verified that he had mild biceps and hip discomfort.
