PMLN supremo Nawaz Sharif addressing to a meeting in Balochistan focused on a range of development initiatives and increasing living standard of people.
During his address, Nawaz Sharif highlighted the party’s commitment to regional development, emphasizing accomplishments such as the construction of four hundred small dams to ensure water access for the people.
He acknowledged the efforts in establishing Danish schools, spearheaded by Shahbaz Sharif, for the education of Balochistan’s children.
Nawaz Sharif expressed his determination to provide top-notch education facilities to the children of Balochistan and outlined key infrastructure projects, including the Kuchi Kanal built at a cost of 50 billion rupees.
He criticized previous talk-centric approaches, contrasting them with PML-N’s concrete actions, particularly in Quetta, Gwadar, Zhob, and Loralai.
The former Prime Minister highlighted the significance of the Gwadar-Quetta highway, connecting the two regions and reducing travel time from a day and a half to a single day.
Nawaz Sharif broadened the party’s agenda beyond roads to encompass education and healthcare.
He announced plans for Pakistan’s best airport in Gwadar and a solar panel scheme to free households, businesses, and farms from expensive electricity bills.
Addressing economic concerns, Nawaz lamented the rapid increase in inflation, making it difficult for people to pay their electricity bills.
He reminisced about his tenure when petrol was 65 rupees per litre and highlighted the significant jump in living costs.
