‘Houseful’ judge has revealed that her move of the week is Tulasana. She shared information about some stunts (asana) on Instagram.

Swing the body backward and forward between the arms. Practice 3 to 5 rounds.”

Tulasana is “extremely helpful in relaxing your muscles, strengthening your arms and upper body region. So find a balance and you’ll feel amazing,” Malaika said.
