Virat Kohli helps Anushka Sharma to do yoga, picture goes viral

Soon parents-to-be Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are all excited to welcome their first child in January 2021. Anushka, who has been finishing all her pending shoots and work, and Virat Kohli, who took paternity leaves, are the most excited parents of the B-town.

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress is a yoga practitioner and loves to do yoga for her physical and mental health. Taking to her Instagram account, Anushka shared a throwback picture where her husband Virat Kohli can be seen helping her doing the exercise during pregnancy.

Anushka penned down a sweet note for Virat and told that how important yoga is for her.

She wrote,

“This exercise is ‘hands-down’ (and legs up) the most difficult one 🤓 #throwback . P.S. – As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant( after a certain stage)barring twists & extreme-forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support.”

She went on to write,

“For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband supporting my balance ❤️, to be extra safe.”

The Bollywood actress also told that the exercise was done under the supervision of her instructor who was monitoring her virtually.
