Amitabh Bachchan advised Abhishek to not quit the industry after failures
Famous Indian actor Abhishek Bachchan is one of the biggest names in the Bollywood industry currently, but there was a time when he decided to leave the industry, but his father stopped him from making the terrible decision.
According to Indian media reports, Abhishek had given up his film career when one film after another of his movies were failing.
“To fail on a public platform is very difficult. There was no social media back then, but I read via media that some were abusing me while some said that I do not know acting. At one point in time, I felt it was my mistake that I came into the industry as whatsoever I was trying, it was not working. I went to my dad and said maybe I am not made for this industry.” Abhishek said in a recent interview.
He said that at that time his father stopped him from making a terrible decision to leave the film industry.
Abhishek said his father had told him, “I never brought you up to be quitter. Every morning you have to wake up and fight for your place under the sun. As an actor, you are improving with every film.” Abhishek further continued saying that Amitabh had advised him to take up every role which came his way and to concentrate on work.
“Just work and trust me you will be fine,” Amitabh guided Abhishek.
