Provincial Industries and Trade Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal has announced that separate special economic zone will be set up for women investors in Punjab.
Aslam Iqbal directed officials of PBIT that a plan to set up separate special economic zone for women should be formulated and submitted within one month with the consultation of women chambers.

Aslam Iqbal while addressing the ceremony said that no country or society can progress without empowering women.
System of any country cannot run smoothly unless or until women do not enter into practical arena of life.
Punjab government has formulated revolutionary programme in order to bring women into fold of progress, he added.
Cottage industry revival programme is being started during current week and cottage industry will be granted loans amounting to Rs3 lac.
Mega programme is being launched amounting to Rs6 billion to enable skilled youth to stand on their feet under which they will be granted loans up to Rs30 lac who are capable of giving business plan.
Besides, women are being given special privileges under this programme, he maintained.

Operational cost will be six percent while grace period will be of ten months only. He further stated that women chamber is playing an important role for providing opportunities to women to run their business while it needs to become more vibrant.
Aslam Iqbal while talking with media representatives said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is such a bold leader who has neither bowed before anyone nor will do so ever.
PTI government has to compete with mafias rather with common people. We do not indulge into politics over any ones’ disease but PML-N did politics on Nawaz Sharif’s disease to a great extent.
My leader Prime Minister Imran Khan has a dream that instead of two only one Pakistan should exist where rich and poor should be treated equally and this dream will be materialized by PTI government in near future.
We have started this journey with good intentions along with positive thinking and will achieve our destination soon. In reply to another question, he said that those people who boarded Mulana’s container had squeezed the blood of poor people for forty years and their properties and kins are living abroad.
Their treatment is also being done abroad and they want to come to Pakistan to rule only. My leader Prime Minister Imran Khan established international standard hospital and when he fell down from stage, he underwent his treatment from Pakistan.
PM Imran Khan sits with people of Pakistan and understands their grief and sorrow, he commended. In a reply to another question, he said that PTI government will not allow undue profiteering at any cost. “I am not to be intimidated by threats”, he stated.
We have come into power by taking mandate of the poor to safeguard their rights and no one will be allowed to exploit them. Fines have been imposed on profiteers amounting to Rs 28 crore and if they do not shun this practice then stern action will continue against them with full force, concluded Aslam Iqbal.
