Doge Price Prediction:

Dogecoin has lost nearly 10% of its value in the last week and was trading at around $0.074 on March 6.

The $0.08 level has acted as a strong support for Dogecoin in recent days. However, Dogecoin fell below the same level at the end of last week, turning the aforementioned level into a resistance. DOGE has been significantly underbought since then.

Dogecoin was in a similar situation in mid-November of last year, as shown below. It consolidated in the $0.095 to $0.071 range before falling to a new local low and recovering.

The same assistance is still available. So, if the bearish conditions worsen, DOGE could fall to $0.071 or $0.068 in the coming days.

On the upside, Dogecoin has ample room to glide up to $0.1. However, it faces a slew of resistances around $0.08, $0.092, the EMA cluster, and $0.096, as shown on the chart above.

In fact, even from an on-chain standpoint, DOGE’s largest resistance nest is located in the aforementioned region.

According to ITB data, 391.75k addresses purchased a total of 34.69 billion DOGE tokens in the price range of $0.077 to $0.094.

As a result, as the price rises, the aforementioned market participants will reach breakeven and be forced to cash out.
