Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Full Time Salary: AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Job location: Dubai, UAE

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department

– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Keep the front desk area clean and organized
– Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
– Provide support to other departments as needed
