Sindh Govt Solar Panel Scheme 2024: Check if you qualify this time?
The Sindh government is providing subsidized solar panels to low-income individuals to...
The government is considering providing relief to salaried workers. The Prime Minister has tasked financial experts with reviewing the tax burden on individuals earning up to Rs100,000 per month.
Recently, taxes for those earning between Rs50,000 and Rs100,000 were increased, but there are discussions about potentially reducing or even eliminating this tax.
This potential tax relief would benefit many who are struggling financially. However, implementing such a measure would require the government to find alternative ways to manage its budget, possibly reducing spending on major projects to offset the lost revenue.
Before making any final decisions, the government plans to consult with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to discuss the implications of this plan.
Salaried workers earning less than Rs100,000 a month should stay hopeful, as this proposed tax relief could provide much-needed financial relief.
