The gold rate in Pakistan further decreased by Rs5,000 to Rs277,800 per tola in the local market on Friday (Dec 13).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold has dropped by Rs. 4,286, bringing it to Rs. 238,169. For 22-karat gold, the cost for 10 grams is now Rs. 218,321. On the international market, gold has declined by $50 per ounce, now priced at $2,666.
Silver has also seen a minor decrease in prices. A tola of 24-karat silver is now available for Rs. 3,400, reflecting a reduction of Rs. 50.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver stands at Rs. 2,914.95 after a decline of Rs. 42.86. Meanwhile, on the global market, the silver price per ounce remains unchanged at $30.76.
