COVID-19 contaminations are rising again in different parts of the Middle East, posting a new threat to the region’s economies which is already collapsed by the oil prices.

Lower the oil prices this year and the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 have clouded predictions for a rebound. The outbreak continues to spread in OPEC’s second-biggest oil producer Iraq.

UAE has managed 11 million test more than of its population although its population is about 10 million. Iran lacks behind from their neighbors and managed to get only 4.3 million tests from its population of 80 million, and also has the highest fatality rate in this region Iran’s situation is getting worst day by day.

Iran confirmed about 30,000 causalities which is more than any other country in this region. Last week Iran’s health minister said, “Some 25 million could be infected”
