Benazir Murder Case: Court orders the seizure of Musharraf’s property

The Anti-Terrorism Court has ordered on Friday the seizure of former President Pervez Musharraf’s assets and all the bank accounts in the Benazir assassination case.

Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Shaukat Kamal Dar heard Benazir Bhutto’s case.

On this occasion, the court ordered to seize all the money, property and bank accounts of the accused Pervez Musharraf.

The court also filed a case against Pervez Musharraf, including the seizure of a plot in Islamabad and Makran.

The court moreover titled Pervez Musharraf as advertising and issued arrest warrants against him.
