LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday granted protective bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan in two cases.
Imran Khan appeared before the court today and the case was heard by a two-member bench headed by Justice Shahbaz Rizvi.
The cases registered at the CTD and the Golra Police Station against Imran Khan and other PTI leaders regarding vandalism outside Judicial Complex in Islamabad during the hearing of Toshakhana.
In today’s hearing, the court returned the plea submitted by PTI saying that the pleas should be filed in the relevant accountability courts and adjourned the hearing.
Notably, former prime minister Imran Khan on Friday filed pleas with the Lahore High Court seeking protective bail in nine different cases registered against him.
