Indian Punjabi singer and film star Gippi Grewal, who has gained fame in Pakistan from his film “Carry on Jatta” visited Pakistan to pay homage at Gurdwara Nankana Sahib.

According to the details, the super star of Punjab expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Imran Khan and his Special Assistant on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development,  Zulfiqar Bukhari for making due arrangements to make the visit possible.

While speaking to the media, the Gippy said that he was planning to visit Pakistan since long. He shared he is very happy to be here.

He said after visiting the holy shrine of Gurdwara Nankana Sahib, and getting blessings from Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji, his visit to Pakistan has become a reality.

Gippy also visited his village Chak 47 Mansoora Pakistan and thanked the villagers for their warm welcome.

Earlier Indian politician and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu along with Bollywood actor Sunny Deol have also paid visit to Gurdwara Nankana Sahib.

Sidhu also thanked the government of Pakistan, especially Prime Minister Imran Khan, for this auspicious gift of Kartarpur Corridor.
