Fans of James Bond 007 will be thrilled to know that the new movie in the series is going hit to big screens in April 2020. But, this would be the last time to see Daniel Craig in his iconic spy role as he has announced to part ways with James Bond movies. On this occasion, James bond producer, Barbara Broccoli revealed what next James Bond would look like.

In a recent interview with Variety, she said “He can be of any color, but he is male adding that, I believe we should be creating new characters for women — strong female characters. I’m not particularly interested in taking a male character and having a woman play it. I think women are far more interesting than that.”

The producer also rubbishes the rumors of Captain Marvel’s actress Lashana Lynch’s appearance in the James Bond 007: No Time To Die movie. Broccoli also said that Craig’s leaving is too traumatic for her.

The cast of the new James Bond movie includes newcomer female along with Ana de Armas from Knives Out as the bond girl. While speaking to Los Angeles Times, “[She] is flawed. She says what she feels, she’s nervous, she’s scared. It’s human adding, when I read it, I was like, ‘Oh, wait — I can be a Bond girl. I’m that. I’m that messy.’ That’s what felt so attractive, on top of what she’s doing in the story, which is another step toward giving women a more powerful and strong place in the films.”
