Lion King Composer Files for divorce from his wife in LA

Oscar-winning German composer Hans Zimmer has filed for divorce from his wife Suzanne Zimmer.

Daily Mail reported that the 62-year-old German composer filed court documents seeking dissolution of his marriage at the Los Angeles County Courthouse, according to an article Monday by The Blast.

Hans and Suzanne have three children together. Haans was previously married to model Vicki Carolin and they divorced in April 1992.

The Frankfurt, West Germany native won the Academy Award for Best Original Score in 1995 for The Lion King.

His credits also include: the Pirates Of The Caribbean series, Interstellar, Gladiator, Inception, Dunkirk and The Dark Knight trilogy.
