Pakistani actress Fatima Sohail, who had allegedly accused Mohsin Abbas Haider of domestic violence, has celebrated her son Mehmat Haider’s first birthday.
Fatima Sohail celebrated a quarantine birthday party by inviting some closed family members. Happy birthday banner, balloons, chocolates, and the birthday cake was there to make this special day more memorable for Mehmat.
Taking to Instagram, she posted pictures from the birthday party captioning it: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABY BOY ” MEHMAT HAIDER.”
Earlier, Fatima Sohail survived quite a difficult married life as she accused husband Mohsin Abbas Haider of harassment. Many supported the actress for raising her voice against violence, and later her appeal for Khula was accepted.
A Lahore sessions court announced the verdict in a domestic violence and fraud case on Mohsin Abbas.
In his defence, Mohsin Abbas said that Fatima only wants to show him as a cruel and an irresponsible husband, “consulting media and social sites is only because she wants to infamous me”, he said.
According to the details, Barrister Ehtesham presented Fatima Sohail’s case in family courts in Lahore for a khula.
Her claim included “domestic abuse” that she said she was subjected to “at the hands of Mohsin Abbas Haider”.
It also included her allegation that Mohsin Abbas ‘is having an extramarital affair’.
Fatima then made her request to the court to approve her plea for khula and issue a decree in the matter.
