The Turkish Radio and Television Corporation popularly known as ‘TRT’ is the national public broadcaster of Turkey.
Shows like Diriliş: Ertuğrul, Payitaht: Abdülhamid, and Bir Zamanlar Osmanlı: Kıyam are all broadcast by TRT.
The broadcaster had a YouTube channel where they used to post Turkish series with English subtitles. But now, after the success of Ertugrul in Pakistan, they have started a YouTube channel dedicated to their Pakistani viewers.
The channel was launched almost a week before and it already has episodes from two of its shows. The episodes are not dubbed in Urdu, but, they have Urdu subtitles for the convenience of viewers.
The channel has episodes from Elimi Bırakma and Payitaht: Abdülhamid. It has garnered 20,900 subscribers in a week.

The first episode of the latter hit 150,000+ views in less than a week. The show is based on the third last or 34th Ottoman Emperor, Abdul Hamid II.
Payitaht: Abdülhamid has 5 episodes with Urdu subtitles, while Elimi Bırakma has two. More shows are expected to air through this channel so that Turkish drama fans can enjoy them in Pakistan.

Large number of audience took to YouTube to watch the dubbed version of the show as it is launched in Pakistan.
An official of Turkey’s TRT TV Riyaad Minty, revealed that Ertugrul has crossed 200 million views on TRT Ertugul by PTV channel and it will later surpass 3 million subscribers on YouTube.
