American Director M. Night Shyamalan has revealed the title and artwork of his upcoming project named ‘Old’.
Shyamalan shared an artwork, a depiction of an hourglass. People were seen tumbling in the hourglass instead of glass. It was written on the photo, “A New Trip from writer/director M. Night Shyamalan. It’s only a matter of time”.
He shared another photo of a man holding a clapperboard.
Shyamalan tweeted, “Feels like a miracle that I am standing here shooting the first shot of my new film. It’s called the Old.”
According to Collider, the new movie is made in remembrance of the French graphic novel Sandcastle by Pierre Oscar Levy and artist Frederik Peeters. ‘Old’ movie is likely to be released on July 23rd, 2021.
A local news source has reported that there had been signings for the cast members, including Eliza Scanlen, Thomasin McKenzie, Aaron Pierre, Alex Wolff, Vicky Krieps, Abbey Lee, Nikki Amuka-Bird, and Ken Leung. Gael Garcia Bernal, Rufus Sewell, Embeth Davidtz, and Emun Elliott had reportedly signed on the mystery.
