Actress Meera has expressed her opinion that children should not be sent to school due to the coronavirus situation in the country.

In the latest interview, Baaji actress said that she has remained very careful since she came back from the US. She added that she is fine.

“First of all, try to save your lives,” she suggested. “If I would have a child I won’t send him to school.”

During her visit to an educational institution, Meera praised Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision about measures to control climate change.

She said that she would take part in the government’s tree-planting campaign. “I will take part with you in this movement”.

“We will put in our efforts to plant 10,000 trees every year,” she said.

It should be remembered that Primary schools across the country reopen on Wednesday amid the strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) devised to curb the spread of novel coronavirus.

According to the details, the government on Tuesday allowed the primary schools to resume classes from September 30 (today) after reviewing the Covid-19 situation in the country.
