Popular American rapper Lil Wayne met President Donald Trump to talk about Trump’s plans for black Americans.

In a tweet, Lil Wayne appreciated Trump and shared a photo of the two men giving a thumbs up.

Wayne tweeted, “Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership,”

“He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”

According to the international news source, Both Lil Wayne and Trump have made critical remarks regarding racial justice. Trump had earlier called Black Lives Matter “a symbol of hate” and accused the movement of provoking killings of police officers.

Trump’s plan includes various broad initiatives such as building neighborhoods with the “highest policing standards,” expanding school choice, and improving economic opportunity for Black Americans.

Earlier, rapper Ice Cube announced that he was working with the President on making a development plan for black voters. He had earlier vowed to never endorse Trump. Trump announced he was working with the President on developing his plan for black voters. Ice Cube had written on Twitter that he’d “advise anyone on the planet who has the power to help Black Americans close the enormous wealth gap.”
