Duke and Duchess of Sussex to return to UK for New Year’s Eve

After constant persuasion, Queen Elizabeth finally succeeded in convincing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to fly back to UK.

As revealed by a source, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are scheduled to reunite with the royal family by the end of the year.

The couple is said to be celebrating Christmas in their Montecito home, but will fly to UK a day or two after the celebrations, just in time for New Year’s Eve.

“They’ll have to isolate for at least 10 days, but at least Harry will be reunited with his friends and family again”, the source said.

The insider added that Harry misses London but prefers to live in Los Angeles now.

Harry “does miss London” from time to time, but he “loves” living in Montecito and “wouldn’t change a thing,” the source says. He’s “looking forward” to “reuniting” with his friends and family during the holidays.

“He and Meghan also have a few work trips lined up in 2021, so we’ll be seeing them spend more time in the UK,” the source adds. “But California will remain their main base.”
