My father didn’t allow me to join showbiz, says Momal Sheikh

Momal Sheikh is one of the renowned actresses of Pakistan’s showbiz industry. She receives love and appreciation for her innocent looks and attractive personality.

The 34-year-old actress is the daughter of veteran actor Javed Sheikh and sister of Shehzad Sheikh.

She has done several popular drama serials such as Yaariyan, Silsilay, and others. In addition to this, she also worked in an Indian movie ‘Happy bhag jayegi’. Now, she is winning hearts by appearing in the drama serial ‘Mushk’.

Momal recently gave an interview in which she revealed that her father did not want her to join the industry before marriage.

She said that her father had told her to work in the Showbiz industry with the permission of her husband after marriage. She did and is now working in dramas.

Momal also said that she inherited acting skills from her parents. Although my father did not encourage me to become an actor, also did not prohibit me from joining the industry, she said.
