Mahira Khan loves December, shares childhood photo

Pakistan’s most famous actress Mahira Khan was born On 21 December 1984. The actress has recently been named in the BBC 100 most influential women of 2020.

As it is her birthday month, the Superstar actress shared her childhood picture on Instagram, sitting on a swing in a woolen hoodie.

Mahira looks super cute in the picture and wrote,

“Dear December, You know you’re my favourite. Don’t disappoint.”

In 2019, Mahira Khan was appointed as the UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan. During an interview the Verna actress said,

“I am a big part of the media of this country. I feel that our films, our television serials, we have to change the narrative.”

“We can’t just show a woman being assaulted (by a man) and then falling in love with him and show him to be the hero. A hero cannot be someone who is abusive. So, I think somewhere even we have to take that initiative.”
