Pakistani actress Meera has revealed that she was offered many Bollywood movies when she went to India. The Baaji actress said that she was even offered a role opposite Bollywood’s Chote Nawab Saif Ali Khan.
Irtiza Rubab, mostly known by her stage name Meera, is a Pakistani film actress and television presenter. She has appeared in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi movies.
Moreover, the actress is known as the “Controversy Queen” of Pakistan.
In an online interview, Meera Jee revealed that she was offered a role opposite Saif Ali Khan in the movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The veteran actress also said that she had also signed many contracts to work in other Bollywood films, including Jhansi Ki Rani.
Curiously, 2012’s film Jab Tak Hai Jaan starred Shahrukh Khan, not Saif Ali Khan.
The Baaji actress told that after relations between the two countries, India and Pakistan worsened, she had to come back to Pakistan without being a part of Bollywood movies.
Asked about the differences between the Indian and Pakistani film industries, Meera said that in the Indian film industry, actors are better-taken care of.
Earlier, film star Meera had lost her iPhone and sought help from her followers.
‘Baaji’ actress shared a video message in which she informed her fans that she has lost her iPhone. She has asked her fans to help her find it.
In return, the actress has promised to give a reward of Rs 5 lac to the one who will find the phone.
