Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are getting divorced and it is likely to be one of the most expensive splits with assets of over £1.6billion.

Fans are curious to know how will they split their £1.6billion, along with supercars and the profits of two multi-million pound companies.

About the couple’s houses and property

According to the international news agency, Kim has hired lawyer Laura Wasser and will seek full custody of four kids. 

However, she is deciding to hold on to the family home, a £45million LA mansion. The couple had renovated the mansion together in 2017. The house was described by Kanye as a “futuristic Belgian monastery” and includes yards of cloister-like corridors.

Moreover, Kanye’s desire to leave the Hollywood style has led to the couple splashing out on TWO ranches in Wyoming.

According to the Sun, the Monster Lake Ranch was bought in September 2019 for £12million. It covers 1,400 acres of land.

The ranch houses include over £200,000 worth of livestock, thoroughbred stallions, and horses for the children to ride.

Two months later, Kanye and Kim bought another £11m on Bighorn Mountain Ranch, with 6,713 acres of canyons, bluffs, mountains, creeks, and game hunting grounds.

Apart from that, the duo owns supercars as well. Kanye ahs a collection worth £2.8m with rare models including a £380,000 Mercedes SLR McLaren, a £150,000 Lamborghini Gallardo, and a £780,000 Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss. Kim had a £550,000 Lamborghini on his birthday. The rapper also owns an Aston Martin DB9 worth £150,000.

Kim Kardashian has a fortune of £700m through a range of projects over her 20-year career, according to Forbes.

She is a businesswoman. She earned £1.2million in five days through her mobile game app. She has also earned £3.3million per series for her role as executive producer on ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’.

The rapper has a net worth of £93million. He earns through his company, Yeezy.
