Pakistan’s incredible singing star Atif Aslam sheds light on struggles with depression, trauma and marriage.
Recently, Atif has detailed how he dealt with his depression and traumatic days. “I’m truly thankful for this time I get to spend time with my family. My life is the story of any artist – airports to airplanes, tour buses to venues; one continent to another. This time of staying at home has not worked out for many but it has for me in the best way possible,” he said.
The Doori singer further added, “I’m the youngest amongst my siblings. My stubbornness comes from there. When I was a kid, I never bonded with my siblings because of a drastic age difference. I have always been a naïve, sensitive kid who would disconnect with the world if not feeling right or in the correct headspace.”
Earlier, US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar dropped a sign which clearly shows that she is a die-heart Atif Aslam fan. The Pakistani fans were quite happy after witnessing this.
Taking to her official Instagram handle, Ilhan had announced that she will be taking over Spotify to praise hit Muslims artists from the world.
“Taking over Spotify this week. Check out my first playlist of Muslim artists and comment below who is on your playlist,” she wrote.
Furthermore, the chart-topping singer launched his first single ‘Aadat’ by investing his own money into the production of the song.
