Did Mahira Khan refused OTT offers from India?

Mahira Khan opened up about the ban that India restricted to that no Pakistani actor or actress can work in the Industry.

Some Pakistani celebrities like Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Imran Abbas, and more worked in Bollywood too, but after the ban, the celebrities haven’t done any work in the industry, while the fans want to see them again on the big screen. Mahira Khan will be seen on Zee5’s Yaar Julahay.

Mahira was asked about her upcoming collaboration with the Indian OTT platform, in an interview with a Film companion she said “I was meant to do a lot of other series which were offered to me, but at that time, I was scared. It wasn’t about, what will people say. I just didn’t know if I wanted to go there.”

Furthermore, she explained “There was some content that was amazing and I didn’t want to miss out on it. It was giving me a good opportunity and I wanted to do something different because digital gives you the chance to do that. But I scared and I have no shame in admitting it. Now, I’m more like ‘You can’t let something that was so political affect your choices.’ So I don’t think I will do that anymore and I hope that we collaborate soon.”
