Dua Lipa to not attend the Met Gala this year: Here’s why

This year’s Met Gala red carpet will be devoid of Dua Lipa.

The singer, who has stunned everyone throughout the years with her gorgeous appearances, will not be attending this year’s gala.

Lipa turned down an invitation to the Met Gala, according to TMZ and the Daily Mail.

This is due to the fact that she is now working on her feature picture debut. Filming for the upcoming action thriller Argylle, which is her debut acting role, is already underway, according to both sites.

Lipa is now working on the film in the United Kingdom.

Argylle stars Henry Cavill, Samuel L. Jackson, Catherine O’Hara, and Bryce Dallas Howard, among others, and is directed by Matthew Vaughn.

The Met Gala, on the other hand, will take place on September 13th.
