Bollywood film Raees director Rahul Dholakia praised Mahira Khan on her co-production and performance in the telefilm ‘Aik Hai Nigar‘ in which she portrayed the life and career of Pakistan’s first female Lieutenant General Nigar Johar.

Rahul Dholakia on his Twitter wrote, “Looking Sharp! “In and as” is always special! Congratulations- also read “co-produced by “ Wah !! Mubarak ho,” to which Mahira replies, “I miss you. Thank You.”

Aik Hai Nigar is a biopic telefilm that focuses on the struggles and circumstances of Lieutenant General Nigar which she faced throughout her career.

Mahira played the leading role as Nigar with Bilal Ashraf, who play the role of Johar Ali Khan in the telefilm.

The telefilm is directed by Adnan Sarwar and written by Umera Ahmed.
