Prince William criticizes for ‘overshadowing’ Prince Philip’s memorial
According to reports, Prince William intends to rip up the Royal Family code and abolish the royal custom of “never complain, never explain.”
Following the fallout from his and the Duchess of Cambridge’s Caribbean visit, William is alleged to have met with advisors.
At the conclusion of their weekend visit to Belize, Jamaica, and the Bahamas, the future king admitted that the monarchy’s days in those countries may be numbered, saying that the future “is for the people to decide upon.”
In a statement on the visit, William said that the Commonwealth’s choice of leader “isn’t on my mind,” but that what interested him was the Commonwealth’s capacity to “build a brighter future for the people who make it.”
He and his wife Kate emphasized that they were “dedicated to service” and that their mission was to “help others, not tell them what to do.”
According to a series of media publications published on Monday, William has been thinking a lot about how to modernize long-standing rituals when he takes the throne.
When William becomes Prince of Wales, changes might include cutting personnel and removing the “never complain, never explain” approach, according to the media.
