“Prince Harry [is] always kind and lots of fun,” wrote one, while another commented: “So nice.”

Others responded with strings of clapping hands emojis and heart emojis, concluding, “The whole atmosphere is amazing the king couldn’t help himself.”

The Prince has spent the entire week in The Hague for the Invictus Games, which he started in 2014 as a competition for injured and crippled military personnel and has since developed into a massive global event.

Last weekend, Harry was joined by his wife, Meghan Markle, for the launch before she travelled to California to be with their young children.

On Friday, Harry made a surprising statement about the tournament’s future, saying that it will be held in Vancouver and Whistler, Canada, in 2025.

“Ladies and gentlemen, Invictus is heading back to North America, and this is a very, very good thing,” Harry added in the announcement.
