Shahid Kapoor is one of Bollywood’s most promising young actors. He debuted in the film industry in 2003 with Ishq Vishk and hasn’t looked back since. With roles in films like Haider, Udta Punjab, and Jab We Met, the 41-year-old actor has proven his acting chops. He also has a huge fan base.

A recent YouTube interview with BeerBiceps revealed the actor’s reasons for quitting smoking, citing his role in “Kabir Singh” with Kiara Advani.

In an interview, he talks about himself and said, “Physically, I’m pretty disciplined when it comes to sleep now. I used to be a complete insomniac, and I flipped that after I had my kids. Because I decided that I need to run my day according to them because they can’t run it according to me. And I’m vegetarian, and I don’t drink.”

He further added, “I have been a smoker on and off but now for a few years, I haven’t smoked. I think Kabir Singh kind of did it for me”

Shahid’s next project is Jersey, a sports drama starring Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur. The movie comes out on April 22. On April 20, Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani, Sonakshi Sinha, Farhan Akhtar, Rakul Preet Singh, and others attended a star-studded screening in the city.
