Amber Heard disappointe, Elon Musk apparently down by opting out of Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against her.

The business mogul did not testify in Johnny Depp’s defamation case, and he appeared hesitant to get involved in the legal battle between the two ex-lovers.

However, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, gave a very complimentary remark in response to the explosive trial, which revealed both good and bad things about the ex-couple.

Breaking his silence on the case, Musk wished the couple: “I hope they both move on. At their best, they are each incredible.”

Musk is thought to have dated Amber Heard on and off between 2016 and 2018, and he was placed on her witness list for the trial.

During the opening statements, Depp’s lawyers claimed that Depp was “obsessed” with Musk. Christian Carino, the former spouses’ representative, said at the trial that Heard was dating Musk at the same time she was trying to reunite with her husband.

Musk, who was reportedly rumoured to be a witness in Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against Amber Heard, seemed to be concerned about Depp’s popularity among his fans, as he said nothing negative about him and took a very balanced stance.

He seemed to disappoint Heard, who had expected the billionaire to testify in her defence against Johnny Depp.

Musk stayed aside from the tumultuous trial to avoid a rupture with Depp, knowing that the actor is gaining popularity and coming out on top in the public eye.
