Helen Skelton seems to be ‘back to life’ after her breakup with Richie Myler

Helen Skelton appears to be on the mend following her divorce from Richie Myler, as she revealed behind-the-scenes photos from the Sports Industry Awards on social media.

The Countryfile host, 38, was seen in public for the first time after splitting from her rugby star spouse Richie after eight years of marriage last month.

He is presently dating the daughter of the president of his rugby team.

She wore a sophisticated white dress with ruffled design on the front that ended just above her ankles in a series of Instagram images.
