Elon Musk 18-year-old child has petitioned to change her name and gender identity claiming she wishes to no longer be related to her famous father.

Vivian Jenna Wilson has asked a California court to change her name and gender; she was born in 2004 to Elon and his ex-wife Justine Wilson, with whom he has four other children, and was given the name Xavier Alexander.

In April, his daughter turned 18 and filed the motion in the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica.

Court documents posted online read that her reasoning was “gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form”.

Griffin, Vivian’s twin brother, and triplets Damian, Kai, and Saxon, who Elon and Justine welcomed in 2006, are Vivian’s younger siblings. Nevada, her older sister, died tragically at the age of ten weeks.

Elon and Justine divorced in 2008, and their five children are split between them. Elon also has two children with ex-girlfriend Grimes: boy X A-12 was born in 2020, and daughter Exa Dark Siderael was born in 2021.

With a net worth of $214 billion, Elon Musk, the inventor of Tesla and CEO of SpaceX, is the richest person on the planet. He has made controversial remarks about pronouns in the past, although he has stated that he supports transgender rights.

In 2020 he tweeted: “I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.”

He also tweeted: “Pronouns suck.”

He has attempted to buy Twitter in recent months, and he has stated that he is considering voting for Florida governor Ron DeSantis in the 2021 presidential race.

The Don’t Say Gay law, which restricts discussions of homosexuality and transgender problems in public schools, was authorised and signed by Ron.
