Rapper Megan Thee Stallion is making a heavy deal. The rapper said that she paid Future $250,000 to appear on one of her tracks off her most recent album, Traumazine, during a radio appearance on Power 106 Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old hip-hop singer was invited to rap a verse after the Houston rapper finalized the rhythm for her song Pressurelicious.
Plan B and Sweetest Pie are just two of the popular songs included in the August 12 release of Traumazine.
“You do realize I had the beat for Pressurelicious?” I only recorded the song in one way when I did it. I then say, “You know what? If Future was involved, this would sound incredibly difficult.
Therefore, I believe that as a woman in the industry, approaching a man to try to secure a feature would always be challenging. You just never know,” she continued.
After asking the rapper how much it would cost him to appear on her new song, the Grammy winner learned that he demanded $500,000 for the privilege.
I replied, “OK, bet.” Someone needs to withdraw $250,000 from the bank and deliver it to Future with the instruction, “I need the poem before he departs Miami.”
